The book explains the real world orgins of the mythical creatures and other aspects of the Harry Potter series. I found it quite interesting. Keep in mind this is the theories of the writer David Colbert. This book was NOT collaborated on with J.K. Rowling. It simply uses myths and legends of our world and how it COULD have impacted J.K. Rowling's writtings.
