The listing, Tropical Hibiscus Seeds (6 seeds) Very Last Time Offered! has ended.
The last mature pod I had ripened suddenly two days ago. there were lots of seeds, but my daughter likes to help me with my plants, and had been misting the pod- so about half of the seeds in this last pod started to germinate already. But the rest of the seeds are ready and healthy!
This auction is the absolute final auction for a while, as I have no more pods near maturing size, and during the winter most of the pods won't mature very fast. Come the spring and summer, that will change however.
You will get six tropical hibiscus seeds from the parents above in the photo. Both are healthy, sturdy plants. The blooms are exceptionally large. Expect the babies to be a yellow type, but form and other characteristics can't be determined. You just have to grow out these seeds and see what kinds of new beauties were created!
You can google seed germination tips and husbandry tips, they're easy to find. I'll of course be happy to answer any questions you may have. Hibiscus seeds tend to take a while to germinate (1-4 months, unless ya spray the seeds in the pods somehow!) but are fairly easy. Just keep them warm and moist, but not drowned.
I will ship for free in the US only in a bubble wrapped packet a day or two after the auction ends.
