Looks good. I like greens, but don't think I have ever eaten beet greens, although I like beets.

I think the bacon makes the dish on this. At the time, they were selling bunches of beets for $1 at the Farmer's Market. I went to town. Now the ones in my garden look like they should be ready soon.
