The listing, Hand made and embroidered wrap around skirt has ended.

You are bidding on a unique purple skirt. I bought it at a market in Louisiana and I'm pretty sure it is handmade/hand crafted. It has beautiful flowers embroidered on it. This is not a typical skirt you would find at the mall. Best of all, it's a wrap around skirt that you tie around your waist so it's basically a one size fits all skirt.

is it all cotton? one of the "layers" looks sheer? thanks

Both layers feel like cotton but I am not 100% sure. There's no tag on it because it's hand made. But yes, the second layer is kind of sheer but it seems to be quality material.
