This is a never opened Dermatouch Skin Perfecting System, Facial Brush Set. Box states it is 'a professional home use technology, helping your skin to breathe, rejuvenate, revive, and revealing greater, younger looking skin.' It does require 4 AA batteries that I will throw in for the winner! So all you will have to do is open the box, pop in the batteries, and start a new skin regiment! Great Christmas gift!!

It rotates in a 360 motion. It is flush with the handle so I do not think there is any swivel motion, thanks!
