No, I don't. I wish I did. She was given to me in a box of stuffed animals and some older Barbies. She was was in a bag be herself with her accessories.

i found one just like this one on ebay...they have 3 of these listed together....one has the same out fits as this one...id say they were sold in stores just like a barbie doll

I don't run into a lot of Betty Boop stuff, but then again I am not really looking for her. She is really cool. I thought about giving her to my four year old little girl...then I realized what she would do to her. I didn't want to put Betty through that. lol
