Used for thousands of years in different cultural medicines for lowering blood pressure, clearing toxins, helps alleviate symptoms of menopause, mild sedative, antibacterial, anti fungal. Member of the mint family, blooms first year from July to Sept. Prefers poor well drained soil, full sun average watering.
I have never used this as an herb but do grow to help soil conditions along with Lion's Tail to help break up clay and make soil richer.
