I live in a home where there is a smoker and we do have a cat. Hubby stopped smoking.

I can't do free shipping because I have a fixed income. I am willing to split the shipping cost for US shipping. Other then that I can't do free shipping. If I do "Free" Shipping due to my income I request I get paid back so either way your paying shipping. I am willing to do free shipping also in another way as in if I win something off ur site I get that Item shipped free to me and the seller pay cost of shipping.

That is for If Iam paying shipping. Iam willing to do free but if I have to pay Iam stating my issue on the payment and why I actually can't but will be nice here and there. It is small and won't cost as much as the bigger items.
