I live in a home where there is a smoker and we do have a cat. Hubby stopped smoking.

I can't do free shipping because I have a fixed income. I am willing to split the shipping cost for US shipping. Other then that I can't do free shipping. If I do "Free" Shipping due to my income I request I get paid back so either way your paying shipping. I am willing to do free shipping also in another way as in if I win something off ur site I get that Item shipped free to me and the seller pay cost of shipping.
