I won this phone here on Listia from LukeScooto a few months back. My wife and I were looking into different carriers such as T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T and even Sprint, So we bidded on different phones from different carriers to try their services. After much R/D we decided to stick with AT&T so now we are auctioning phones that we won here on Listia one by one.

1) Free shipping without tracking number if Bids goes over 5,000 Points!!!! Please note, I will not be responsible if USPS looses the phone during transit. I also will not refund points due to USPS error.

2) If you do prefer a tracking number then the winner will have to pay for it via pay pal at $3.50. (my pay pal account is dcwdepot@gmail.com)

3) T-Mobile Starter Kit if Bids reaches 6,000 Points!!!!

4) T-Mobile and Simple Mobile Starter Kit (both cards) if Bids reaches 8,000 Points!!!!!

5) I will activate either the T-Mobile or Simple Mobile Sim Card (Winner choose one) if Bids reaches 10,000 Points!!!! That mean I I will have the carrier set up a real cell phone number with the area code of your choosing.

6) I will pay for the 1st month $40: Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data if bids reaches 80,000 Points
