O thanks. & like from the bottom of the breast part where its stretchy. I just measured it with a regular measureing tape I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not but but its 1ft. 9 in. & the total lenngth from top to bottom is 2ft 10 & 1/2 inch. Almost 3 ft.

When I wore it it came just above my knees maybe about 6 or 7 inches above my knees & I'm 5 ft 2 in. If that helps any.

Also if you win it or to who ever does, I wouldn't recomend drying it cause they shrink a little. I had an orange one similar to this & I dryed it & it was a little shorter than I wanted it to bed but still wearable. So I don't dry any of my dresses in the dryer any more I just hang them dry.
