The listing, Handmade Ladies doilie skirt Size M-XL has ended.

Drawstring waist with scarves as the drawstring. Made out of cotton/linen hand towels and crocheted doilies. Can fit a size M-XL. I would recommend either handwashing or gentle/delicates cycle and line drying.

Yes, I made it at home on my old Emdeko sewing machine. Someone gave me a box of doilies and linen towels and this is what I made.

Since it is so popular, I will be on the lookout for doilies and other fabric for another one of these. The next might be on in colors. Depending what I find garbage picking or at my job at a popular thrift store chain. The possibilities are endless!!

We live near a university town and when the West end has their bulky item pick up in the spring, people clean out their garages and attics and I've found ALL kinds of treasures. I've found fabric scraps, yarn, name brand clothes, and yes, sometimes doilies!
