This author wrote one of the most realistic and uncompromising depictions of conflict and confrontation between human and canine psychology, reading becomes a deeply moving experience. The Dogs has going for it what other Horror novels don't, this book is truly scary!!!. When the dogs attack a victim the author puts the reader into the experience, and it's incredibly unnerving. This book is not for the squeamish....Be prepared to cringe
