I checked on shipping to Russia and I can do it for $16.95 usd. That is not with tracking as they do not provide tracking on international services.

Yes, I/O Magic is the brand. It is made FOR Dell but works with other brands.

ok here is a stupid question i know you say its portable is it external ? is it usb or how would i use it? i am wanting to get a external one so i can hook it through my satellite DVR and put all my shows on a dvdr
