Just in time for the holidays, here's the original 1977 cartoon TV version of The Hobbit by Rankin/Bass (the same beloved duo that made other classic TV movies like The Year Without a Santa Claus, Rudolph's Shiny New Year & Jack Frost). This is a VHS version of the cartoon that was re-released & remastered by Warner Bros. It's in wonderful condition besides a few chips on the cover/ripples on the cover that were sustained when I moved. The VHS itself plays perfectly. This is a great item/present for any Tolkien fan & comes just in time for the first installment of Peter Jackson's Hobbit trilogy! Happy Holidays & Happy Bidding!
