Looks like the "Coolpad Quattro" model for Metro. A few questions - Will you be sending a charger with it? Any previous problems with the phone? It's okay, I did not know what an esn was until recently either. It is the electronic serial number. The way a phone gets a bad esn is if it is reported lost or stolen or if the bill just is not paid and shut off because of that.
