If you buy their other $25 card it will not roll over minutes. You can choose monthly service, you will need to buy $15 per month to keep service active and keep your phone number. You can transfer your phone number. Because this phone is used, so is the sim card and you must call NET10 and ask them to ship you a new sim card to activate your phone. They usually sent them quick via ups or fedex. I think this phone may still be under warranty, but phone has no issues. The alarm clock is very useful when traveling.
