i am by no means a card grader but i have collected these cards for 13 years, when i first obtained these cards ( i have 6 promo mew only 2 of them im really willing to get rid of) i put them in a hard case and put them in a topps pokemon tin and stored them along with other valuable cards in a closet for the entire time i had them i wasnt willing to get rid of them. there are no imperfections on the card that i can see and i would say they are at least near mint condition if not mint condition. im only willing to get rid of them now in hopes of building up my collection
