Merry meet! :) up for bid is a lovely pentagram pendant, it is about the size of a dime, and is silver. For those who do not know about, or who have misconceptions about pentagrams, allow me to tell you a bit about them.

Pentagrams are symbols worn by wiccans, and it symbolizes balance with the earth and all that is around us. Each corner of the star represents a different element, the very top point is spirit, and going clockwise is air, earth, fire and water. the circle around the star is what represents the balance. there are any other ways to descirbe a pentagram, and each wiccan will probably descibe it little bit differently. what a pentagram is NOT however is a symbol of satanism, or evil!

I thought the pentagram had two points up and the pentacle has one point up....like this one.

the terms pentacle and pentagram can be used interchangably

also when it has two points up it is called an inverted pentagram/ pentacle. :) im glad that you both asked questions! :)
