I'm not so smart on this stuff.... will this work with any internet provider and blu-ray for Net Flix? It does not look new, is it referbished? And yea does it come with the setup disk? Thanks

It is not new, it is used. We are the only owner though. It does work with any Internet, but it is not a modem. This router does not come with a setup disk, but you can get instructions on the Belkin site. If you win I will send you the direct link online. Thanks for asking.

Setup is simple if you are a Technician. Plus you can get instructions via online. Also it's fairly easy setup. Plug and Play but if you need wireless it may have the code on a paper on the bottom or on the router itself. The way to find out is get the IP open a browser and login. (as long as it's set to Factory Defaults)
