Actually NO, it is not, I can not remember who makes it, usually I only do high end and only sale high end with occasion some Bonus free gifts, that are lesser quality, but this CONCEALER PALETTE IS THE BEST EVER MADE!! I can not find a better one,and I sale high end cosmetics, and have used every single high end and lesser brand, of every kind of cosmetics, and Even though this is just DESIGNER INSPIRED< IT IS THE BEST OF THE BEST, I do know it is private lable and I have to get them from out of the country, Europe and I think the Orient have them as well. YOU JUST HAVE TO TRY THEM, they are not the cheapest, or small by any means, they last forever, and are a well known secret among wholesaler's because we sale alot of them, and for only like $8-10 depending on the market right now. TRY IT and let me know how you like it, I bet you would message me and ask me to order you another for later!!!
