Will be sending it out via first class. Mail has been pretty good lately & getting to people within 7 days but there's no guarantee since it is regular mail. Priority mail would guarantee delivery in 2-3 business days and would cost $5.30 without tracking. I believe tracking is either 0.75 or 0.85 more. Good luck if you decide to bid.
