This is an 1883 Liberty Nickel, without the "cents" on the reverse side of the coin, that has the detail of an Uncirculated coin. Compare it to the 3rd image which is the PCGS AU55 picture. Please make your own decision on the value of this coin and remember the FIRST TWO IMAGES are of the coin that is for sale.

Vf+, looks like it has lite wear and some deep marks not caused by being in a mint bag. it has sharp "liberty" and corn grains are sharp on the right corn for ef-40 but i don't see the kernels on the left corn... my new 2013 coin book says it's worth $11.50 for this "no cents" version.. this is a very historic coin because crooks would gold plate them & pass them off as a $5 gold piece, so the mint added "cents" to the bottom to stop the practice!!! you have a nice coin here!!!
