This is a Vintage Milk Glass Covered Butter Dish it can hold a 1/2 Stick of butter. It is in great condition no cracks. chips, or crazing. There is a number 14 on the bottom of this in a circle not sure what that means. This measures just under 6 inches long and just over 3 inches wide and stands almost 2 1/2 inches tall off table with the lid. The part where the butter goes measures just under 4 inches across.
