The listing, Infineon 2x 512MB PC2-3200R ECC SDRAM(lot 1) has ended.

Infineon HYS72T64000HR-5-A , 2x 512MB PC2-3200R-333-11-FO ECC registered SDRAM in a 240 pin layout. These modules where pulled from an outdated server that was replaced. They where in working condition when pulled approximately 3 years ago, and have been stored in anti static plastic.

so these won't work in a regular desktop?

That is correct, these are buffered ECC server modules. And they are 240 pin modules, so the motherboard will also need to have a DIMM switch compatible w/ 333MHz RAM and up and still have a 240 pin DIMM. Haven't seen any in a while, but I believe they're still out there. Hope that helps a little.

most of the older p4 and amd are ddr and ecc will work you just cant mix ecc regged and non regged memory alot of the older systems are 240 ddr 133 too 400
