Is it medicinal, do they use common everyday herbs that you can grow or gather, or do they use obscure ones that you can only find in a store because they only grow somewhere else?

Like, for Dandelion, it has a section that says, "What it's used for" and "How it's used" and "what the science says" and "Side effects and cautions". It has that for Garlic, lavender, red clover, green tea, and on and on. Very informative book. Hope this helps.
