Stollen is a traditional German Christmas cake. This particular recipe was translated from a german handwritten/leather hand bound recipe log handed down from one German master backer to another. The recipe book is over 100 years old. This particular recipe is an old, cherished recipe from the heart of Germany. This is Stollen, the way i was made in the beginning...... a magnificant treat. Auction is for a copy of the recipe, to be sent by email upon completion of the auction.
