This t-shirt is a youth meduim...could possibly shrink a little since it is 100% cotton. All tie dyes are dyed by me and are new t-shirts that have never been worn. I do suggest to hang dry all tie dye items to prevent fading. All tie dyes should be washed at least two times alone to keep other clothing from getting dye on them. This would be a wonderful addition to any older childs wardrobe...I would say it would best fit a child 10 and up depending on the childs size.
