Also shipped amount can not exceed actual ship rate paid, this would go in a flat rate box via USPS, probably the small one, check the USPS website, that might help. I think you can print postage from the site also!! Hope this helps!

Ships cheaper in padded envelope. Just shipped my niece a notebook(small laptop) for only $9.28 with tracking & she is Pennsylvania also. Please double check shipping options :-)
