FREE: ES 332 Tachometer

Item is several years old but was barely used. The original battery is still installed (I checked, it's not leaking or bulging). The way this works is you attach a small piece of reflective tape to the item you want to check for RPMs. Point the device such that it is in the path of the piece of tape and it computes the RPMs of whatever the tape is attached to. If the entire surface is especially reflective the device may not accurately measure RPMs.

The auction includes 2 strips of reflective tape (you cut it into small pieces, you don't need much). You can buy more tape from anywhere (just do a web search for "reflective tape").
