This is a red and white pok-a-dot Self Esteem sleeveless top...it could also work underneath a blazer as a dress top as well. It is XL, but to me, it fit like a large. It ties around the back to adjust fitting as well. I wore this often with a skirt and heels, and it would be great as part of a Christmas party outfit.
