Actually that is a Clone Jetpack Trooper !! Look at Chest Plate and the Helmet.
Does He still have the Jet pack on his back? Its Looks Like 3 Rocket Connected together ? Ill send you a picture if you need to see it.

hey ralphbadtke there is actually (sadly) no difference between the lego jet trooper torsos and the standardd torsos. Darn im out of credits.
