The listing, 1858 Flying Eagle Cent has ended.

This is a nice 1858 Flying Eagle One Cent Coin.This coin is 158 years old. Look on Ebay for an idea how how much it is worth. I will find out and post Later today if it is a small letter or big letter and go through the grading guidelines and give it a grade as best I can. Sorry about the pictures its the best my phone will do. I will try to post some better pics tonight have had this coin since I was a little kid because my Grandfather gave it to me. Its time for someone to pass it onto their Kids or Grand-kids. It would be a Great Christmas Gift for the experienced collector or a Great Starter Coin for a younger Enthusiast...Happy Holidays and Great Bidding.

Ive seen these go for quite a bit on here and its all about condition the more feathers you can see the better it is I have both the 57 and 58.You dont see them on listia very much.

If this auction goes over 10,000 credits, I will include a series 1957 A One Dollar Silver Certificate Star Note * 55894945A. The note is in very nice shape with no rips or tears and it has no writing or stains on it. Happy Bidding.

Nice coin. As far as what it is worth, condition/detail of the coin(s) make all the difference ...as do the year and mint mark as well if there are any errors. In this case we know the year, but very difficult to grade this from photos and determine its value. As far as G.I.N. goes, (@ freerider63 & others), it is only available to people after they have met the necessary criteria as detailed in Listia's rules, etc. Also, once a bid has been placed on an item, the seller cannot go back and even do a G.I.N. Anyway, great coin and best of luck. I will be watching close.

Glad you all like it. It will have a tracking number on it so you can know when to expect it to arrive. That way we are both protected and happy. I did not have time to put up new pictures but this is a very good chance to get a great coin.
