the face has a second hand is 1 1/2"by1"rectangle
surrounded with clear crystal rhinestones the watch will fit a small to med maybe a large it would be tight. this watch is brand new never been
worn! was bought in a hi end womens gift shoppe.
i paid 40.00 for it, would make a beautiful statement for you for the holidays. or if if you are going to give as a gift let me know at the end and i will send along a little bag. i willanswer all questions the best that i can thank you.

Is it possible to extend the cuff so it could fit a large wrist? (Possibly at a watch store or something...IDK a lot about watches).

I have a larger wrist because i broke the wrist and the bone sticks out and the watch fits really snug on my wrist its tight a little uncomfortable but maybe for someone else it wouldnt be so tight i just measured it its 2"from the watch face to the back of the cuff.so putt 5"around your wrist and that should tell you if it fits if i did it right.
It about5"from one end of face to the other end of face.i hope that helps:-)
