yeah thats why i got it in the first place, because I work 12 hr shifts on the weekends & I thought i would use it because my battery would be down to like 30 percent , but I work in a nursing home & really just carry my iphone in case of emergencies & I am much too busy to be using my phone anyway so I wasn't using it so thats why I put it on here I thought someone else could use it

But with this iPhone I charge it over night and then unplug it the following morning and it can be sitting in sleep mode and half hour later it's down to 5 percent

are your apps like games & stuff turned off ? turn off all your apps, mine was losing battery life really quickly & I thought something was wrong with my phone until my husband showed me how , you tap your home button twice real quick the apps that are on will pop up then you hold an app button down til they start to wiggle there will be an x on the top of each one you hold it down until it disappears don't worry you're not taking the app out out just turning them off try that & see if it helps you have to hit the home button 2 times quickly , slide your phone to on first then tap the home button twice very quickly

I had apple diagnose this phone and they said there is a short in the battery

well getting this charger isn't gonna fix your battery, might help you get thru the day , but not gonna fix the battery

I understand it won't fix the battery but as long as it makes the phone last longer then 30 minutes then I will be happy because apple wants $120 to replace the battery in this pos

but what if the short in the battery somehow messes up the charger , 1st time I've offered advice on reasons not to bid lol it will charge yor battery thats all I know all I can say is to bid ,get it & try it good luck , I know once you charge the charger its good to recharge your phone for 10-12 hrs so good luck & Happy Holidays

It's cheaper to to replace the charging case then it is to replace the battery in this phone

if the same type of chager the ends that work with an Iphone 4 or 4s fit the Ipod touch then it should work but no I van't guarantee that it will work with an Ipod touch , I don't know anything about them
