it is a medium..but I am 6'1" and it fits me fine..its actually a little baggy since jerseys come big...so if the person wears a lg to xl...its perfect.

i just got one of these the same brand same size and im a small to medium and it fits me perfect,my brother is a lg xlg and it hugs hum tighter than his gurl friend lol i dont think it would fit and lg xlg,my bother isnt a fat a fat guy at all either he is just a normal thinkness works out to stay in shape big not skinny ,you must be tall an thin like my other brother he's 6'5 and the jersey fits around him but its way to short lol ,i looked it up and size 48 is a medium ,well maybeu have stretched it out a bit?? not trying to b a pain but ive been told some was one measurment and got it an wow not the same as they said an they had to pay to shipp back and give me my credits back,ilike i said im trying to help u save u from a huge hasstle!! i have this jersey brand new tags still on got yesterday and it every bit a medium becareful plz :)
