some people do, and others who cannot afford the shipping just ask for shipping prices and or material fee to help offset the price of ink, paper,boxes etc. so keep looking if you can not afford to pay for shipping you may find something you like that is free shipping. I am sorry that i cannot provide it. I am on disability so it is a fixed income for me

I think they are Men's but I am not really sure, I got them from my son's residential center they were donating them to a goodwill and gave them to me, some of the bags did have a lot of clothes for girls but i thought these looked like they were more for mens than girls but i suppose they could be either or.
