New, but not in package, I pulled the brush out to see what the actual color was and it was not a color I would wear. Has a defining base coat and a highlighting top coat, ant questions, feel free to ask!

it's kinda like a burnt copper/reddish color, it has a base and a highlighting topcoat, the topcoat is kinda sparkly, hope this helps!
