It has a battery, charger, booklets, and I am throwing in the screen protectors that I had gotten for it. I only used this phone for a little over a month.

I honestly have no idea. I could suggest that you either google it or you can call verizon. I do know that there are jailbreaker and unlock codes you can get for some phones.

I have the same phone w cricket but the spot where the battery plugs in broke, so I can no longer charge mine! I should be able to take the phone in to cricket I guess?

@ bny . the same thing happened w my phone and cricket wont do anything except charge to repair it which was around 70$ the phone New on cost 79$ my advice is to go to radioshack and get a generic charge mat u can charge many items at once without plugging them in u just lay it on the mat and it charges. not saying all these phones will do this but I see a common theme here. im thinking of contacting ZTE. hope that helped. i have a good feel this phone up for auction is in good shape, they use screen protecters and give lots of info and answer questions. nice auction.
