Complete with case, artwork, instructions and disc. Disc is in excellent condition. This was played only a couple of times.

NOTE: I don't believe this will install with Vista OS. Installed perfectly with my XP system but freezes during install on both of my laptops (Vista). I didn't play around with it so I don't know if this can be worked out or not. Just be aware that it may not work with Vista.
