If I am not mistaken I believe the probook 6465b takes an Amd A6 Fusion processor,and the 775 is an intel and is desktop oriented.

Technically if you replaced everything in the laptop it would work. But no, your laptop os amd based, thus under normal circumstances will only take an amd proc
