This is a great little shirt! NEW WITH TAGS! It's a womens LARGE. It has a hankerchief hem (silky) and a crocheted bra area (I would say B to C cup), it zips in the back. Cute little crocheted flower/roses. So cute with jeans, dress pants, leggings or capris! Still lots of warm weather to wear this!

yes it is. the 'seam' under the bust where the different materials meet is 38'', the actual bust area is stretchy because it is crocheted. the flowy part is REALLY wide!
but I think a C cup is a good guess for the top part.
