It's not that much of a difference really. If the item is small and light weight it's like adding an additional .30 to what your already going to pay to ship within' the US. For slighter heavier it's about .60 and for big, heavier items it's like adding $1-3 more. Many US member tell me it's like shipping Priority to another US member. You just have to take the item to the post office and fill out the customs decloration (my address; description of what it is; estimated value of what it's worth; sign and date it).
