This is a relist. Wasn't able to make it to the post office in time due to husband needing the car.

DOES NOT COME WITH A BATTERY OR CHARGER! I plugged it in to take pics proving it does power on, just doesn't have a battery. I don't know what happened to the battery. Has cosmetic damage, as shown in the pics. I was happy that the screen came on to show that it's ok when I plugged it in. Didn't think that was possible, but I guess that's one of the reasons it's a "smart" phone! lol

With the blackberry storm you can get it unlocked and these phones take a SIM card so if you leave the country you can just buy a sim and pop it in and use it,they can be used with at&t for sure,idk about others but it has to be unlocked first

is it prepaid? you can buy batteriesand a charger, i read all the comments a ton asked for gin, on listia you can not add gin if there is a bid alresdy on the auction.

This is a relist, as stated in the description. The first time I listed, I could do GIN. But, because I wasn't able to mail it off on time, I refunded the winner and am now negative. Meaning I don't have the credits to pay the fee to do GIN.
