cheer for me potty used maybe twice, my son was a fast learner lol was cleaned with before storage and will be cleaned again before it is sent to winner, since i didnt have the opportunity to see it work all i really know is it has two heat sensors on the inside so when your little one goes potty it will sing =) the purple tray that the potty falls in is removable so it can be cleaned and the purple lid is also removeable the little green piece in the front can be left on for a boy and taken off for a girl. i still have the original box it came in and will probably ship in that (wrapped up of course)
