If its "not the full game" then it is most likely pirated and unauthorized for sale here. The only way to obtain it legally is to buy the full game from the online website.

And no, I'm pretty sure this seller is distributing a pirated copy of the PC version -- there is not "not full" version for the Xbox, its either legal or nonexistant.
