Very nice! I'm a beader too, and have spent a fortune on beads and supplies. I think Listia would be a GREAT venue for beads. I listed a bunch of beads and people are asking me to list more craft supplies. I think we could get an excellent craft swap/recycling program going here.

I've put in a request to Listia to create separate categories for "handmade crafts" and "craft supplies" with sub-categories that would include "yarn," "stitching," "metal," "gem," and ESPECIALLY "beads and findings." Thousands, possibly MILLIONS, of beaders would participate. I've searched for "bead swap" sites and almost all of them are completely inactive. New beads and findings can be very expensive, and people would love to get them for free.

I think Listia could be the first great "bead swap" and craft material recycling site. If you agree, send a message to Listia via "contact help" at the bottom on the page, then click on "submit a request."

No kidding ... I have thousands of dollars worth of beads and supplies that I bought years ago. I think most beaders collect the beads as much as they use them!
