Dalayne sry I just seen ur post. Yes it's permanent with 100% grey coverage :) it's also got a pretreatment with it, if ur hair has trouble holding color from over processing like mine, that stuff is amazing and it leaves ur hair super soft..wish I could buy it alone from Avon :P
