It works great. I changed companies and so I have no use for it. I have the charger, but not the manual. I am sure you can get that online. I also have another auction with the car charger and the dash mount.

sorry the pics arent that great, but yes it is the ceiling. No cracks and kept a protector on the screen while I used.

Yes. I cleared the phone back to factory and assume that it cleared the card as well

I followed the instructions online to put it to factory settings. anything other then that I cant say is clear

I dont know on the bill. On lost or stolen I know it was not. I did ask that before I listed it

Just called Verizon Wireless. They said the phone is not showing on an account and all the person who wins needs to do is call them and activate the phone. Hope that helps answer the questions.
