Watching! Rico would look fine in this...He's my rommie's dog, and IDK how sizing goes... He may be an XS if doe sizes run like that.LoL.He's very small (but fluffy!), maybe 8-10lbs, if that..?? He's a Havanese!

It has a 14 inche neck..
16 inch hood, with draw strings..
11 inches from neck to tail on back
